CrossFit is for everyone. It helps world-class athletes get better at their sport and it helps grandparents keep up with their grandkids. It can help everyone in between find fresh strength and energy in their daily lives. We all need to do constantly varied functional movement at an intensity level that challenges us to live our best lives. We all cheer each other on and get stronger together. Every day. Every workout.
Whether your goal is to compete or learn the fundamentals of the snatch and clean and jerk, our weightlifting program helps you gain and refine the skills you need. And for those who wish to pursue Olympic Lifting competitively, we have an Advanced Olympic Weightlifting class lead by a certified weightlifting instructor who will help you lift to new heights.
Are you age 50+? Longevity is the place for you to develop strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and coordination- all the key elements of fitness that older adults need to stay active and maintain a high quality of life as they age. Looking for fun classes and supportive coaches? Our Longevity class accommodates all fitness levels with resistance training, cardio, and mobility/flexibility work. You get personal attention from coaches to help you adjust weights, range of motion, and intensity so you can get the best workout every time.
Maybe you are not sure where to begin on your fitness journey. Or maybe you have an injury or other physical need that you are not sure how to work around. A personal trainer is a great resource who will help jumpstart you on the path to your goals. Personal training is individualized, motivational, and focused on overall fitness, strength, and skill-building. Our personal trainers guide you in individual or partner sessions on your own schedule. They identify areas of need, develop a workout that works for you, and give you that extra push that we all need sometimes to achieve goals… all while educating you on skills, and helping you be safe in the gym every day.
At BCCF, you can work out with a group, one-on-one with a coach, or on your own.
As a member, you get 24/7 access to the gym, so if you can’t make it in during class time, you can in whenever you have time.
We do not require start-up fees or any kind of long-term commitment. Our memberships are month to month.
