- 1 Rosemary and Olive Oil Flatout Foldit flatbread
- 2 slices reduced fat provolone cheese
- 2.6 oz (61g) of Angus beef top sirloin (I got the fondue meat already cut up)
- 35g diced green pepper
- 25g diced yellow onion
- 1 tbsp Duke’s light mayonnaise with olive oil
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook beef in dry, nonstick pan on high heat just until seared all over. Remove from heat. Sauté peppers and onions in same pan, adding a splash of water. Cook until just tender. Remove from heat. Lay flatout on a cookie sheet and top with provolone cheese. Add beef, peppers and onions and cook for 10 minutes in the oven. Take out and top with mayonnaise, then fold the entire thing in half.
