Individualized CrossFit Programming
This is a great option for athletes who are nervous about starting with group workouts or those who may
be ready to take their CrossFit training to the next level. Your Coach will meet with you 1-3 times per week to personalize your CrossFit program and help you get the absolute most out of your training at Bull City CrossFit.
Our group fitness programming is designed to develop all aspects of fitness but it doesn’t take into consideration each athlete’s individual strengths and weaknesses. If you would like a more personalized overall program or you just want a little extra instruction on a particular skill or area, our Coaches are available for 1-on-1 sessions. You can arrange for just a single session to help you refine a particular skill or schedule ongoing sessions to have a Coach manage your training and help you work towards a specific goal. Small group training is also available at a discounted rate.
Basic Barbell Training
If CrossFit WODs are not your thing and you would rather focus on just getting strong then our Basic Barbell Coaching is the right choice for you. Depending on your specific goals and training experience, your Coach will put you on a program designed to increase strength using elements of Mark Rippetoe’s Starting Strength, Jim Wendler’s 5-3-1, and/or Westside Barbell’s ConjugateMethod. No previous weightlifting experience is necessary. We will teach you the basics of the lifts from step one and guide your through the first several weeks of your program.
Prepare for a local Olympic Weightlifting meet or simply improve your technique in the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. Our Coaches are USA Weightlifting Certified and have worked with Glenn Pendlay, Caleb Ward, and Wilkes Weightlifting. Sessions will be individually designed based on your current skill level and specific goals.
