Reaching your protein goals can definitely be a struggle, so we’re creating a series called “Protein Sneaks” to share ideas for getting more protein in throughout the day. Our first “Protein Sneak” is chocolate pudding!
- 1 package sugar free, fat free instant chocolate pudding
- 2 cups cold skim milk
- 2 scoops protein powder (preferably chocolate flavor)
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pudding will set in 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
