largeIn addition to being the co-owner and head coach at Bull City CrossFit, I started a CrossFit fitness program in 2008.  At the time, I was often tied to a desk, and I found myself gaining weight and losing my breath climbing a flight of stairs.  After the first workout I was hooked.  I didn’t do particularly well.  I stuck with the program.  I gained strength.  I lost weight.  It is truly amazing what a CrossFit program can do for anyone.  You don’t have to be in great shape.  You just have to be consistent and work hard.
