Take 20 minutes to find a heavy set of 8-6-4-2

Double Unders 



L1: DU (Unbroken Number), Burpee to 6″ target

L2: DU, Burpee to 6″ target 

L3: 1/2 DU + 1/2 Singles, Burpees to plate

L4: Singles, Regular Burpees
