With a partner: AMRAP in 12 Minutes:
20 Kettlebell Swings
15 Wall Balls
10 Burpees
One partner works at a time. Partners work for 1:00 and switch every minute.
Rest 2 Minutes
AMRAP in 10 Minutes
20 sit-ups with the wall balls (pass the wall ball back and forth)
100 meter farmer carry (one partner carries out, the other partner carries back)
Rest 2 Minutes
75 Thrusters
One partner runs 100 meters while the other does thrusters. Switch every time one partner completes the 100 meter run.
