STRENGTH – Deadlift 5-5-5-3-1

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.  You back must stay flat.  If you back rounds, it is too heavy.

METCON – 4 Rounds

Run 100 meters

20 Air Squats

20 Slam Balls

20 Push-ups (scale up to 10 Handstand Pushups)
