I’m a little behind on posting meals. What can I say, life sometimes gets in the way! Also, I’m running out of my tried and true recipes so if you have any to share, please pass them along! Although most of what we post here is paleo/primal, they don’t have to be. My rules for recipes are 1) no long list of ingredients I’ll never use again, and 2) no complicated and/or long prep time – “ain’t nobody got time for that.”
That being said, this week’s recipe from PaleOmg is a little more work and time than I usually like in my recipes. It requires a food processor, which leads me to rule number 3 – no recipes that require lots of clean up. Anyways, this recipe is really good and worth the extra time. You can always make extra pesto and freeze it and then you’ve got an easy meal to make next time. Enjoy!
