Buffalo Chicken Wrap
Do you ever prep your food for the upcoming week? If so, here’s an easy recipe to add to your rotation. Make this on Sunday and eat it for lunch throughout the week. This recipe is for a wrap, but you could also use the chicken on salad or make a flatbread pizza – you know I love that.
Buffalo Chicken (makes 4 servings):
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing sauce
Add chicken and sauce to crockpot and cook on low for 5 hours.
Wrap:
- 1/4 of the buffalo chicken
- 1 Flat Out or tortilla wrap (I like Flat Out because it has 9 g of fiber and 9 g of protein)
- lettuce
- tomato
- 1 tbsp Ken’s Light Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
Layer on wrap and enjoy!
