All sets should be at 93% of your 1 rep max.

Goblet Lunges
After every round perform Handstand Pushups. Level 1 will do 8 HSPU, Level 2 will do 3 HSPU, Level 3 will hold a Handstand for 10 seconds and do 5 pushups.
