We will celebrate the day after Thanksgiving by dropping in at a few friends houses and celebrating with their unique traditions!

Perform a 7 minute AMRAP with your partner at each house with a 2 minute transition. ALL runs are together, all reps can be divided however you choose.

First stop – Barbara’s House

Second Stop – Nancy’s House

Run 200 meters

Fourth Stop – Grace’s House

Fifth Stop – Diane’s House

Sixth Stop – Kelly’s House
