Eat Without Per Diem
[with a partner]
5 minute AMRAP of:
pull-up [partner has to be hanging from the bar for reps to count]
20 minute AMRAP of:
15 reps of front squat [partner must hold bottom of air squat for reps to count]
15 reps of burpee [split up any way you want]
15 reps of shoulder-to-overhead [partner must hold handstand or plank for reps to count]
15 reps of wall ball [wall ball may not touch the ground during the set. if wall ball drops in the middle of a set, there is a 5 rep penalty]
5 minute AMRAP of:
hang power clean [split up any way you want]
