Exchange the Reins

In Teams of 4:

Team members will separate and each perform one of the following:
20 Pushups
15 Front Squats (135/95)
10 Burpee Box Jumps
5 Wall Walks

Team members will rotate though each exercise, but cannot move to the next exercise until all team members are done with their exercises.

When all team members have finished all 4 exercises:

As a team, with one person working at a time:

500 Double Unders
400 Situps
300 Kettlebell Swings
200 Calories on the Rower
100 Toes to Bar
