Complete a 0:30 Weighted Plank after each set of press

Metcon: Every 4 Mins x 5 sets…

6 Burpee Box Jump Overs

*Add 1 Rep to the  T2B each round

L1: Start @ 12 T2B, wear a weight vest, 30/24

L2: Start at 10 T2B, 24/20

L3: Toes to target, 20/16 (step ups allowed)

L4: Situps, Burpee to plate jump
