We have several different options for you to choose from for your workouts. All sessions at BCCF are designed to challenge you in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Just starting out? Don’t worry. We can scale every workout to meet you where you are. As your skills and fitness level increase, so will the intensity of your workouts.

 

BOOTCAMP

A total body workout to improve your overall fitness level in just 45 minutes. We use running, athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells, sandbags, and other functional tools. Almost all of our new athletes start here to build a firm foundation and build consistency.

A step up in intensity and complexity from our Bootcamp sessions. Workouts change day to day and include barbell movements and basic gymnastics. Build strength, increase mobility, and drive your cardio through the roof. Take your fitness to another level.

A great way for kids 12 and under to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits. We provide a safe and fun environment that guarantees success for all ability and experience levels. We teach our kids the value of good movement, hard work, and healthy living.

PERSONAL TRAINING KIDS

Our coaches provide private 1-on-1 and small group sessions to work on basics, improve skills, or just to add extra intensity to an overall routine. Some of our most popular sessions are 30 minute skill workouts, individually designed for each athlete.
