SKILL – Power Clean and Jerk

STRENGTH – Power Clean and Jerk (split or power)

Work up to a heavy clean and jerk for the day.

METCON – AMRAP in 10 Minutes:

20 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead

15 Box Jump Overs

10 Toes to Bar

Immediately following, work up to the heaviest clean and jerk you can in 5 minutes.
