Warm-up – Double Unders
SKILL – Cleans
STRENGTH – Power Clean 5-5-3-3-1-1
Increase weight as long as you are comfortable.
METCON – AMRAP in 5 Minutes:
2 Power Cleans (155/105)
10 Double Unders
Increase Power cleans by 2’s and Double Unders by 10’s each round (4,20 then 6,30 then 8,40)
Rest 2 Minutes
Repeat the 5 Minute AMRAP.
