It’s much better than Biggest Loser because they take on one client each episode and you get to see their entire transformation in one sitting. The biggest selling point is you don’t have to sit through watching petty arguments or contestants stabbing each other in the back, just people working to become healthy. And they do a lot of CrossFit!
