In Teams of 2 – we will rest 3 minutes between workouts:
WOD #1
12 Minutes (partners will alternate 2 minute rounds)
7 Slam Balls
Run 200 meters
As many wall balls as possible in remaining time.
WOD #2
In 10 Minutes:
Partners will accumulate maximum weight lifted from ground to overhead. You will pick what weight you will do and the score will be weight times the number of reps.
One partner must always be rowing and you can switch as many times as you want. Calories on the rower will be multiplied by 10 and that will be added to your score.
WOD #3
AMRAP in 18 Minutes (partners will alternate exercises, you must do all 20 reps):
20 Kettlebell Swings
20 Situps
20 Pushups
20 Thrusters (95/65)
20 Deadlifts (95/65)
20 Pullups
20 Front Rack Lunges (95/65)
Both partners will do 5 burpees at 3 minutes, 6 minutes, 9 minutes, 12 minutes and 15 minutes.
WOD #4
Divide any way.
200 Double Unders
100 Burpees
75 Cleans (95/65)
50 Toes to bar
25 Box Jump overs
