Have It Your Way
With a partner:
Lift as many pounds from Ground to Overhead as possible in 8 minutes.
Teams will decide on a weight. At the end of 8 minutes, multiply reps by weight to determine score.
REST 3 MINUTES.
AMRAP in 12 Minutes:
30 Wall balls
20 Burpees
10 Toes to bar
REST 3 MINUTES.
10 Rounds (relay style) – each person does 5 rounds.
Run 200 meters
5 Deadlifts
5 Box Jumps
