SKILL – Clean and Jerk

STRENGTH – Work up to a heavy Clean and Jerk for the day.


Leaving every 2 Minutes for 7 Rounds:

Run 200 meters

7 Burpees

7 Front Squats (135/95)

Every second under 2 minutes (for each round) will be added and will be your score.  Any reps not finished in a round will be subtracted from your score.
