AMRAP in 10 Minutes:

5 Clean and Jerks (135/95) – scale up to 155/105 if possible

20 Air Squats – hold any item to add weight.  For each 10 pounds you hold, increase your score by 1 round.  – you can hold plates, KBs, med balls, barbells, etc.
