Complete as many reps as possible of the following complex (the “Bear Complex”), alternating every rep:

Power Clean, Front Squat, Overhead, Back Squat, Overhead (pick a moderate weight)

AMRAP in 10 Minutes, partners alternating rounds:

12 Kettlebell swings

6 Box Jump Overs

Rest 3 Minutes

AMRAP in 5 Minutes

Reps of 100 meters sprint (partners must alternate -relay style)

Rest 3 Minutes

AMRAP in 15 Minutes, partners alternating rounds:

4 Front Squats (135/95)

8 Burpees
