Properly Depict You
SKILL – Snatch
- we are working on footwork and catching in the bottom position.
STRENGTH – Work up to a heavy complex of:
1 Full Snatch
1 Overhead Squat
1 Hang Snatch
Each of these should be a squat. Work on catching low.
METCON –
AMRAP in 16 Minutes:
7 Toes to Bar
10 Ground to Overhead (135/95) – these can be snatches or clean and jerks.
7 Toes to Bar
10 Slam Balls (40/30)
