Skill/Warmup: Pistols, long warm-up, stretching, tabata

WOD: Death by Squats—Every Minute on the Minute starting with one rep and adding one rep each minute:

Min 1-5: OHS (135/95)

Min 6-10: Front squat

Min 11-15: Back squat

Min 16: AMRAP back squat

(Keep same weight for all minutes. Complete as many rounds as possible. If you can’t complete a round, finish all remaining rounds with abmat sit-ups.)
