Jack and I love the restaurant Spartacus in Durham. If you haven’t been there before, you really should try it. They have an all you can eat lunch buffet that is amazing. Our office used to be right around the corner from Spartacus so we ate there for lunch pretty much every week. When I came across this recipe I was hoping it would taste as good as the greek chicken at Spartacus. I really don’t like chicken that much. It’s usually dry and kind of boring, but their chicken is delicious! Jack’s comment after dinner was, “that was almost as good as Spartacus.” Close enough!
