Walking Solo

In teams of 4:

AMRAP in 20 Minutes:

Line Sprint Relay – one at a time do a shuttle run of 10 meters, 25 meters and 50 meters.

100 Kettlebell Swings as a team (2 people work at a time)

20 Wall Ball relay (each person completes 20, one at a time)

10 burpee relay (each person completes 10, one at a time)

Rest 4 Minutes

AMRAP in 20 Minutes:

Take 8 minutes to find a 10 rep back squat for each team member

In the remaining 12 minutes:

Set up 2 Barbells – one for Hang Power Cleans, one for Shoulder to overhead

One partner will row as many calories while each of the barbells is in motion.

The last team member rests and all team members switch as needed.

Score is weight plus calories plus reps of barbell movements.
