When the Chips are Down
In teams of 4:
Each team member will start the first exercise after the preceding teammate has finished that exercise. No one can move on until the team member in front has completed that exercise. All team members will work simultaneously.
AMRAP in 30 minutes:
30 Kettlebell Swings
25 Calories on the Rower
20 Slam Balls
15 Box Jumps
10 Burpees
5 Ground to Overhead
